Do less. Make more.
Most local businesses don't lose customers because they're not doing enough marketing. They lose because they're doing five things at once, badly, instead of one thing properly.
Here's the pattern I see over and over
A business runs some ads, posts on social media a few times a week, half-updates their Google profile once a year, asks for referrals occasionally, and maybe starts a blog they abandon after three posts.
Every one of those gets a little effort. None of them gets enough to actually work.
Pick the one channel
Pick the one channel that's actually bringing in local customers right now – for most local businesses, that's Google. Ranking well on Maps and in local search does more for a service business than five half-finished efforts combined, because it's where people are already looking when they're ready to buy, not when they happen to scroll past an ad.
So instead of spreading thin across everything, go deep on the one thing that moves the needle: get your Google presence right, then decide what's actually worth adding on top of that.
Simplifying isn't a compromise. It's usually the fastest way to grow.
If you want a straight read on where your Google presence actually stands right now, get in touch – no pitch, just an honest look.
