Services

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing of any services provided by First One - Engineering will be outlined in a separate written agreement or contract signed by both parties prior to work commencing. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to, and do not replace, any such contract.

We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or engagement at our discretion.

Results Guarantee

For Google Maps SEO and Google Business Profile optimization services specifically, we stand behind our work. If we do not deliver the agreed results within the 90-day period specified in our agreement, we will continue working at no additional charge until those results are achieved, OR we will issue a full refund at the client's request - then the work stops.

This guarantee applies only where a specific result has been clearly defined and agreed upon. General expectations, verbal agreements, or results not explicitly stated in writing are not covered under this guarantee.

For all other services — including Website build or Social Media Management — any guarantee of results or deliverables is only applicable if explicitly stated in writing by First One - Engineering in an agreement. No guarantee is implied for these services unless clearly specified.

All guarantees are void if the client fails to meet their obligations as outlined in Client Responsibilities section, including but not limited to withholding access, failing to implement agreed changes, or making unauthorized modifications to assets we manage.

Exclusivity

During our collaboration, we commit to not serving any other businesses from your industry in the same target area.

Client Responsibilities

To allow us to deliver results, clients are expected to:

• Provide timely access to required accounts, platforms, and information

• Implement any recommended changes to their website or Google Business Profile as agreed

• Do not make unauthorized changes to assets, profiles, or settings under our management without prior notice

• Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe

• Ensure all information provided to us is accurate and up to date

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect our ability to deliver results and may affect the applicability of our guarantee.

Any free guides, templates, calculators, or resources made available by First One - Engineering are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice, and results may vary based on your specific business circumstances, location, and market conditions.

By downloading our resources, you consent to receiving follow-up emails from First One - Engineering. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in our individual agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Invoices are due upon receipt or as stated in the agreement

• Late payments may result in work being paused until the account is settled

• We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at the statutory rate

• All fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable

Intellectual Property

All content, guides, templates, methodologies, strategies, and materials produced by First One - Engineering remain the intellectual property of First One - Engineering unless explicitly transferred in writing.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or share our materials — including our free guides — without our prior written permission. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, First One - Engineering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services or resources, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability to you in connection with any services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to First One - Engineering in the three months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes beyond what is stated in our agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the notice period specified in the relevant agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due. Any work completed up to the point of termination will be charged accordingly.

We reserve the right to terminate our services immediately if a client engages in conduct that is abusive, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

After agreement and signing, you will receive an invoice.
