Spartak Lysman is a software engineer and the founder of First One - Engineering, a Munich agency that gets local businesses into the top 3 on Google Maps. He calls himself the hardest working SEO expert in the EU and shares every step of proving it on LinkedIn.
What I do now
I run First One - Engineering in Munich. We get local businesses into the top 3 on Google Maps for the searches that bring in customers, and we build the websites those customers land on.
We work in English, Ukrainian and Russian, for businesses across the EU.
Every client gets a short report every Friday: what we did and where they are on the map. If they’re not in the top 3 after 90 days, they choose: we keep working for free until they are, or they get a full refund.
How I got here
I’ve been a software engineer for almost 6 years, mostly building Java backends. Engineering teaches you one habit: when the output is wrong, find the input that’s wrong and fix it. Google rankings work the same way.
A while ago I ranked my own website #1 for “best looking man in Warsaw”. As a joke. (Best business card I’ve ever had.)
The same basics now get local businesses into the top 3 every week. Same rules, bigger stakes: when a business sits in the top 3, its phone rings.
Outside work
Gym and running. Both work like SEO: show up, do the boring reps, check the numbers, repeat.
And for fun? I rank things on Google. That’s how the Warsaw joke happened, and how the “hardest working SEO expert in EU” experiment started.
